Scott McLean is a Professional Geoscientist who gained more than 20 years of exploration and management experience with Falconbridge Limted (Xstrata Nickel). He has managed large scale, multi-million dollar exploration programs and has extensive experience in negotiating and implementing exploration purchase and joint venture agreements. Scott has a proven track record of discovery in Ni-Cu and base metal exploration and was named co-recipient of the PDAC, Bill Dennis, Prospector of the Year Award in 2004 for discovery of the Nickel Rim South deposit in Sudbury. He led his industry and profession as a founding director and elected President of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario.

Kevin Stevens, P.Geo, Chief Operating Officer

Kevin Stevens is a Professional Geoscientist specializing in magmatic sulphide and base metal exploration geophysics through a career that includes 12 years with Falconbridge Limited (Xstrata Nickel). With more than 20 years experience in electromagnetic surveys, Kevin has pioneered the development of new geophysical applications specific to the challenges of Ni-Cu exploration and has been instrumental in the discovery of numerous Ni-Cu-PGE deposits including the Nickel Rim South deposit in Sudbury, for which he was named co-recipient of the PDAC, Bill Dennis, Prospector of the Year Award, 2004.

Mr. Montgomery was born and raised in the Sudbury region. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1973. He is considered a local expert in all aspects of Real Estate, Corporate, Mining, and Business Law.  Montgomery has a strong community focus in Sudbury and has sat on numerous boards including;  Greater Sudbury Utilities Inc., Idylwylde Golf & Country Club, Sudbury Theatre Centre, Sudbury Chamber of Commerce, Sudbury YMCA.

Bill Pearson, PHD, P.Geo.

Dr. Pearson is a professional geologist with over 35 years of experience in the national and international mining industry in all phases from grassroots exploration through to advanced projects and mine development. He has carried out exploration programs in 15 countries in North and South America, Europe, East Asia and Australia. In addition, he has served on the Board of several public junior mining companies. From 2002 to its takeover in April 2006 by Yamana Gold Inc., Dr. Pearson was Vice President, Exploration for Desert Sun Mining Corp. He directed exploration programs that increased the overall resource base at Jacobina by 1.4 million ounces of gold and discovered a major new extension to the Canavieras deposit that is now being developed by Yamana. From October 2007 until its takeover by B2Gold Inc in April 2009, Dr. Pearson was Executive Vice President, Exploration for Central Sun, directing exploration programs that discovered new zones at the Santa Pancha mine and at Orosi (now Libertad) as well as significantly expanding mineral resources. He was appointed President & CEO of Castillian on February 1, 2010 following the merger with Tucano Exploration Inc., a private company focused on gold exploration in Brazil.

Previously, he was Vice Chair at TD Securities responsible for a number of trading and derivatives products, a Senior Vice President at TD Bank where he held senior risk management roles, and Vice President at Citibank Canada. He has an M.B.A. from Harvard University and a B.E.Sc. from the University of Western Ontario.
